NAOBI PREPARATION
Naobi is a Triple Concentrated Aroma and for this reason it cannot be used as it is but must be diluted before use. It is a 20ml Aroma in Pg supplied inside a 60ml bottle. The aroma must be mixed with 30ml of Vegetable Glycerin and a nicotine base to obtain your Electronic Cigarette Liquid.
